Status indications other than "OK" are typically due to a very brief Internet connectivity outage or another temporary condition. It may also be due to the normal change of a dynamic IP address on the Internet that has not yet been detected by the monitoring software. Persistent status indications other than "OK" are promptly investigated to determine the cause and achieve a quick resolution.
